1. Order Process
- All orders are made to order and require advance booking.
- To place an order, please contact us via our website (www.sweettreasurescakeco.com) / WhatsApp 072 7888 996 with your requirements.
- Orders are only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.
2. Payment Options
We offer the following payment methods:
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
- Instant EFT
- Cash (for collection orders only, if agreed in advance)
- Other methods: [add if applicable, e.g., PayFast, Yoco]
3. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of [50%] is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid 1 days before collection or delivery.
- Orders placed on short notice may require full upfront payment.
- Failure to complete payment on time may result in order cancellation.
4. Delivery (Shipping) Information
- We offer delivery within Johannesburg and surrounding areas.
- Delivery fees are a flat rate in and around Johannesburg and will be confirmed when placing your order.
- Delivery times are scheduled in advance and must be agreed upon.
Important:
- Someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed time.
- Once the order has been delivered and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer.
- We are not liable for any damage after delivery.
5. Collection Information
- Collection is available from Unit 9 Roma Park, 17A Roma Road, Cosmo Business Park.
- Please collect your order at the agreed time to ensure freshness and quality.
Important:
- Cakes must be transported on a flat surface (e.g., car floor, not seats).
- Keep products cool and away from direct sunlight.
- Once collected, Sweet Treasures Cake Co. is not responsible for any damage.
6. Late Collection / Missed Delivery
- Late collections may affect the quality of your product.
- If delivery is missed due to customer unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders that are not collected within a reasonable time frame.
7. Order Changes
- Any changes to your order must be requested at least 2 days before the due date.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
- Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our Terms & Conditions.
