1. Overview
At Sweet Treasures Cake Co., all of our products are freshly made to order and often customised. Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we have a strict no-returns policy.
2. Returns
- We do not accept returns on any cakes, cupcakes, or baked goods once they have been collected or delivered.
- This is due to health, safety, and quality control reasons.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:
- The product is damaged prior to collection or during delivery by us
- There is a significant error with the order that does not match what was agreed upon
Please note:
- Refunds will not be issued for minor design variations or subjective preferences.
- Inspiration images are used as a guide, and slight differences are part of custom work.
4. Reporting an Issue
- Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of collection or delivery.
- Please provide clear photographs and a description of the concern.
- Failure to report within this timeframe may result in your claim not being considered.
5. Resolution Options
If a claim is approved, Sweet Treasures Cake Co. may offer:
- A partial or full refund, depending on the issue
- A replacement product (where possible)
- A credit towards a future order
All resolutions are at our discretion and based on the nature of the issue.
6. Customer Responsibility
- Once an order has been collected or delivered, the customer assumes full responsibility for the product.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- Improper handling or transport
- Exposure to heat or unsuitable conditions
- Incorrect storage
7. Cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations are handled in line with our Terms & Conditions.
