How can I pay for my order?
We offer secure and convenient payment options to make your ordering process seamless. All orders must be paid for before production begins. We accept credit/debit cards, EFT, mobile payments - NO CASH. 50% books the order, the balance is due before delivery or upon pickup.
For rush orders, payment must be made immediately upon confirmation. Please note that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once an order is in progress.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Need a last-minute sweet treat? We offer same-day delivery subject to availability. Orders must be placed and paid for by 10 AM to qualify.
A rush fee will apply. For urgent orders, please contact us directly to check availability before placing your order.
We’ll do our best to get your treats to you on time—because every moment deserves something sweet!
Can I return my order?
At Sweet Treasures Cake Co., all our products are made to order with the utmost care. Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We are happy to assess concerns regarding quality or errors on our part and will work with you to find a suitable solution.
