Ingredients

Mixing instructions

Ensure your mixing bowl and utensils are clean and ready for use.

Add the vanilla butter icing dry mix into a large mixing bowl. Add white margarine (or vegan substitute), softened to room temperature, to the dry mix. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer on low speed, blend the margarine and dry mix together until combined. Gradually add milk (or plant-based milk for a dairy-free option) to the mixture. Continue mixing and add more liquid as needed to achieve your desired consistency. Increase the mixer speed to medium-high and whip for 2–3 minutes until the buttercream is light, fluffy, and smooth.
Adjust Consistency (Optional):For a stiffer buttercream, add more powdered sugar or dry mix.
For a thinner consistency, add a few drops of milk at a time.

Storage
