Ingredients
Sucrose, Wheat Flour, Raising Agents, Flavourings, Glucose, Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Fat, Emulsifiers (E471)(E472a), Milk Protein, Stabilizer (E340), Anti-Caking Agent (E341), Colourant (E104), Salt, Dextrose, Whey Powder, Corn flour, Citric Acid
Baking instructions
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease / line your cupcake tray.
2. Combine Wet Ingredients, Whisk together until smooth.
3. Gradually add the lemon cake mix to the wet ingredients. Mix gently until the batter is smooth and well combined. Do not overmix.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared tins or cupcake liners.. (See baking duration chart for baking times)
5. Cool and Decorate: Allow the cake or cupcakes to cool completely before decorating or serving.
