Bake up a party in every bite! Our Confetti Cupcake Mix makes fluffy, sprinkle-studded cupcakes that are fun, colourful, and oh-so-delicious.
Our mixes are made in fresh batches with the finest ingredients in the market!
Ingredients
Sucrose, Wheat Flour, Raising Agents, Flavourings, Glucose, Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Fat, Emulsifiers (E471)(E472a), Milk Protein, Stabilizer (E340), Anti-Caking Agent (E341), Colourant (E104), Salt, Dextrose, Whey Powder, Corn flour
Baking instructions
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease / line your cupcake tray.
2. Combine Wet Ingredients, Whisk together until smooth.
3. Gradually add the confetti cake mix to the wet ingredients. Mix gently until the batter is smooth and well combined. Empty the bag of confetti into the this mix and combine. Do not overmix.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared tins or cupcake liners. (See baking duration chart for baking times)
5. Cool and Decorate: Allow the cake or cupcakes to cool completely before decorating or serving.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the pouch tightly sealed to maintain freshness.
Avoid exposure to high humidity to prevent clumping. For best results, use within 3 months of purchase. Keep away from strong odours.
