Sucrose, Vegetable Fat and/or Oil (Palm Kernel), Skim Milk Powder, Emulsifier (E322 - Soya), Sodium Chloride, Flavourings
Melt Gently; Chop into small pieces and melt in short bursts in the microwave (15–30 seconds), stirring between each burst — or use a double boiler. Do not overheat.
Colour It Your Way; Add Cake XO Oil Colours after melting for smooth, vibrant results. A little goes a long way — mix in gradually for custom shades.
For Cake Pops & Cakesicles; Dip or coat completely cooled treats. Tap off excess for a clean finish. Sets firm without the need to temper.
For Chocolate Drips; Let melted chocolate cool slightly, then drizzle or pipe over chilled cake. Add a small amount of cocout oil to loosen if needed.
For Moulding & Dipping; Pour into clean, dry moulds or dip fruit, cookies, or treats. Tap gently to release bubbles. Chill to set.
For Ganache & Glazes; Blend with warm vegetable fat or cream alternative. Stir until silky, then cool before using to fill or cover cakes.
TIPS:
Avoid contact with water to prevent seizing. Store in a cool, dry place, below 25°C. Sets firm at room temperature. No refrigeration required.
