Create a moist, tender red velvet cake at home with Cake XO’s Red Velvet Cake Mix. Deep red colour, subtle cocoa flavour, and soft texture make it perfect for birthdays, special occasions, and indulgent desserts

Ingredients
Sucrose, Wheat Flour, Cocoa Powder, Raising Agents, Salt , Buttermilk powder, Colourant
Baking instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Prepare your baking tins by greasing/ lining it with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, Combine Wet Ingredients, Whisk together until smooth.
Gradually add the red velvet cake mix to the wet ingredients. Stir gently until the batter is smooth and lump-free. Be careful not to overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared tins or cupcake liner. (See baking duration chart for baking times)
Cool and Decorate: Allow the baked goods to cool completely on a wire rack before decorating or serving.
