Bake a moist, festive confetti cake at home with ease. This easy confetti cake mix delivers a tender, colourful cake filled with sprinkles, perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or sharing with friends and family.

Ingredients

Sucrose, Wheat Flour, Raising Agents, Flavourings, Glucose, Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Fat, Emulsifiers (E471)(E472a), Milk Protein, Stabilizer (E340), Anti-Caking Agent (E341), Colourant (E104), Salt, Dextrose, Whey Powder, Corn flour

Baking instructions

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease / line your baking tins .

2. Combine Wet Ingredients, Whisk together until smooth.

3. Gradually add the confetti cake mix to the wet ingredients. Mix gently until the batter is smooth and well combined. Empty the bag of confetti into the this mix and combine. Do not overmix.

4. Pour the batter into the prepared tins or cupcake liners. (See baking duration chart below for baking times)

5. Cool and Decorate: Allow the cake or cupcakes to cool completely before decorating or serving.
