Create a moist, tender carrot cake at home with Cake XO’s Carrot Cake Mix. Spiced and flavourful, with optional dehydrated carrots for an authentic texture, it’s perfect for layered cakes, cream cheese frosting, and indulgent desserts.
Our mixes are made in fresh batches with the finest ingredients in the market!
Ingredients
Sucrose, Wheat Flour, Raising Agents, Ginger, Cinnamon, Buttermilk powder
Baking instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Prepare your baking tins by greasing/ lining it with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, Combine Wet Ingredients, Whisk together until smooth.
Gradually add the carrot cake mix to the wet ingredients. Stir gently until the batter is smooth and lump-free. Add grated or rehydrated carrots. Be careful not to overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared tins or cupcake liner. (See baking duration chart for baking times)
Cool and Decorate: Allow the baked goods to cool completely on a wire rack before decorating or serving.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the pouch tightly sealed to maintain freshness.
